A FACE ONLY A MOTHER COULD LOVE

Bat-keepers all over the world sent us loving baby pictures of the bats in their care. We marvel at the other-worldliness and diversity of the collection we got.

This is a British brown long-eared bat, a boy named Sue.

"Pallid bat," found in the west and southwest US, as far north as British Columbia and as far south as central Mexico. They are known for their immunity to scorpion sting, scorpions being one of their favorite foods
