Grand palaces, ancient forts, remote villages and bustling spice markets will make keeping your eyes on the road a tough ask, as will the Rajasthan landscape as it evolves from desert and farmland to lush valleys and wooded forests.
While the back roads of rural Rajasthan are mostly flat with little traffic, there are a few days of hill riding that should get your heart pumping. We hear the views are worth it though.
