The alpine festival is heading back to Japan’s spectacular Hakuba Valley from 2–7 March 2027, celebrating its fifth year with what might be its biggest lineup yet.
Leading the first artist announcement are Irish house powerhouse KETTAMA, drum and bass favourite Wilkinson, and genre-bending producer TOKiMONSTA, alongside Patrick Topping, Elderbrook (DJ set), Luude, Sneaky Sound System, Torren Foot and plenty more still to come.
But Snow Machine has never been just about the music.
Your days are spent carving fresh powder across Hakuba’s seven mountains before swapping skis for ski boots at on-mountain après sessions, headline performances beneath the stars, late-night side events and enough Japanese food, onsens and sake to make you never wanna board your flight home.

Accommodation, lift passes and festival tickets are bundled into one package, making it super easy to organise a trip with your crew (we bet this one makes it outta the group chat!) Better still, pre-sale registrations are now open, giving early birds first access to the best accommodation options before they disappear faster than fresh powder on a bluebird day. Those who register will also go into the draw to win the Ultimate Hakuba Trip for Two, valued at $10,000. Sign us the hell up.
If this sounds like your kinda holiday, we’d suggest clearing your calendar now.
